About the Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate possesses 15 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform project management of multi-disciplinary teams (including internal and external team members and subconsultants) for clients, particularly public sector clients in the southeast United States (primarily in North Carolina). The successful candidate will also be a licensed Architect, Landscape Architect, or licensed in a related field with extensive experience leading projects in these fields. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.

Experience and Qualifications

• AIA or PLA preferred, or licensed in closely related field
• 15 years of related experience
• Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to successfully execute a wide variety of projects
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Landscape Architect with a salary range of $82,900.00 - $129,100.00. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
