Job summary

A mineral management company in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks an experienced professional to manage title-related tasks and client onboarding. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will prepare insightful client reports and lead a small team while maintaining confidentiality and relationships. A Bachelor's degree in an energy-related field and RPL certification are preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage title-related tasks pertaining to ownership interests.
• Supervise onboarding of new clients for seamless integration.
• Generate client monthly reports utilizing auditing expertise.
• Conduct assessments of client portals for data accuracy.
• Guide a team of 1-3 members, delegating tasks effectively.
• Cultivate strong client confidentiality while maintaining relationships.
