Confidential, a premier law firm specializing in property owner representation across California, seeks a sharp attorney to own a caseload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll draft pleadings, conduct in-depth legal research, and advise clients on outcomes while negotiating settlements and representing them in depositions, mediations, and trials. 5–10+ years in landlord/tenant law are expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Litigation, negotiation, and trial experience.
• 5 to 10+ years of landlord/tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis shaping case strategy.
• Advise clients clearly on options and outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements for clients.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys to build winning strategies.
