Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New York.
• 7+ years of landlord-tenant litigation experience.
• Experience representing landlords and condo/co-op boards.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket and complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate a docket of residential and commercial landlord-tenant cases, including non-payment proceedings, holdovers, HP proceedings, and related housing disputes.
• Appear in Housing Court and other tribunals to represent firm clients.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery materials, settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on condo and coop law, rent stabilization, regulatory compliance, and eviction proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure effective case progression.
• Stay current on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.
