Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental management, landfill operations and/or engineering.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and permit management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-collection Engineering, Compliance, and Technical support.
• Coordinate regulatory affairs, permits, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage capital budgets ($40M–$100M+) for post-collection projects.
• Lead safety, ESG programs, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
