Responsabilités

• Prepare land use applications and supporting docs for zoning relief.
• Draft findings, project descriptions, and justifications; review EIR/MND.
• Lead Land Use Planners and coordinate with officials and clients.
• Assist with entitlement processes, housing entitlement projects, and document filings.
• Draft term sheets, LOIs, agreements and easements under attorney supervision.
