Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 15 years of land use and zoning experience.
• Litigation experience with writs of mandate and appellate briefs.
• Familiarity with CEQA.

Responsibilities

• Advise on land use entitlement and approvals strategy.
• Perform land use due diligence and produce written analyses.
• Draft letters and submissions to decision makers and agencies.
• Attend hearings and related proceedings.
• Handle writs of mandate and related litigation tasks.
• Support CEQA strategy with the matter team.
