Registered Professional Land Surveyor

Join a financially strong, highly respected engineering and land development firm with a reputation for excellence and integrity. We're seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to help lead survey operations and support high-impact projects across North Texas.

What You'll Do

• Oversee field crews and ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy in all surveying activities
• Manage boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and contractors to support successful project delivery
• Review and sign plats, legal descriptions, and final drawings
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Active RPLS license in Texas
• Proven experience in land development and civil projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and quality control skills
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple deadlines
