Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and ability to obtain Ohio PLS license.
• 5 to 12+ years of progressive land surveying experience, including leadership or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS data collection tools, and boundary law principles.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and organizational communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Oversight & Sealing: review, sign, and seal boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and topographic maps.
• Project Management: manage project scopes, cost estimates, proposals, and deadlines to stay on budget.
• Staff Supervision: direct field crews, office technicians, and CAD drafters with daily tasks and performance reviews.
• Quality Control: enforce QA/QC standards for all field data and final deliverables.
• Client Relations: maintain relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and public agencies.
