Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Experienced Land Surveyor to lead survey operations, manage projects, and grow with a leading firm in Berkeley, CA.

The role offers a competitive salary ($100,000–$150,000 per year), full benefits, and opportunities to supervise crews, win new work, and apply cutting-edge tools like Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Candidates must hold a PA license (NJ license would be a huge plus) and have experience across ALTA/NSPS surveys, topo, boundary, and utility surveys.

Qualifications

• PA LICENSE (NJ LICENSE WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS)
• Experience leading survey crews and operations
• Proficient in ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary, topo, and utility surveys
• Familiar with Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• Strong QA/QC and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Survey operations leadership: supervise and manage survey crew operations
• Project management across ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, boundary, and utility surveys
• Quality assurance: QA/QC procedures and organized project documentation
• Technical excellence: use Trimble, Leica GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D for survey work
• Business development: contribute to proposals and growth of the company
