Qualifications

• Seven (7) years verifiable surveying experience.
• State license valid in the work state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Read and comprehend measurements.
• Math skills including trigonometry and coordinate geometry.
• Must communicate effectively with others.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Performs office and field tasks for land surveying and related projects.
• Prepares proposals and contracts for land surveying.
• Consults with clients.
• Guides field crews and technicians.
• Oversees surveying aspects of civil/marine projects.
• Provides Land Court/testimony for the company.
• Provides flood elevation certificates.
• Uses CAD to prepare survey plans.
• Ensures safety policies and reports are followed.
• Attends monthly safety meetings.
