McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to collaborate with crews on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires delivering accurate drawings, maps and survey deliverables on schedule with minimal supervision using Trimble and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or associate degree in surveying or civil engineering, 5–8 years of surveying experience, and a Professional Land Surveyor license with the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in surveying or civil engineering (or related field).
• Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D or Trimble Business Center.
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional surveying experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor license required; ability to obtain licenses for surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data, charts, plots, maps and other survey documents.
• Establish project survey plans and field/office procedures.
• Lead preparation of proposals, cost estimates, schedules and invoices.
• Review survey drawings and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Manage field crew and CAD drafting work to meet schedule.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
