Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Carlson Survey; strong boundary knowledge and calculations

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee a variety of land surveying projects.
• Prepare and review boundary, topographic, and statutory surveys.
• Complete property line closures and boundary determinations.
• Research deeds, land records, survey documents, and title information.
• Prepare sketches, maps, legal descriptions, and survey reports.
• Verify survey data, calculations, and field information.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for existing conditions support.
• Develop project schedules and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation and quality standards.
• Attend municipal meetings or public hearings as required.
• Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and industry standards.
