Conrad Consulting Ltd. in Nashville seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead land development projects throughout the Greater Nashville area.

You will manage from design through completion, oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery, and act as the main contact for clients. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with project budgets and staff management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software.
• PE preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from design through completion.
• Oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders.
• Support business development and client growth.
• Attend client meetings and public hearings as needed.
