Conrad Consulting in Nashville is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery. You will act as the primary client contact and guide project teams to ensure quality and timely results.

The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee PE or can obtain one, has 7+ years in civil engineering, and a strong background in site development with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Tennessee PE or ability to obtain one required.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience required.
• Strong civil/site and land development background required.
• Experience managing projects, clients and design teams required.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
• Comfortable delegating design production while reviewing technical work.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client-facing skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact for projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality.
• Lead, delegate work to, and mentor engineers and designers.
• Review technical design across grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities and site infrastructure.
• Lead client and regulatory agency meetings.
• Support proposals and business development.
• Work across commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and community-focused projects.
