Job Juncture in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering and land development projects from entitlements through design and construction support.

The role requires strong technical leadership, client coordination, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements, with a hybrid arrangement after the first 90 days; salary range $118,000–$150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
• Minimum of three years as central design figure or project workflow leader.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience communicating with clients and processing plans through public agencies.
• Experience managing proposals, budgets, invoices, change orders, schedules, and project performance.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Establish project design criteria and develop civil engineering solutions.
• Lead land development projects from entitlements through design and construction support.
• Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, quality and delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with public agencies.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance during delivery.
• Review plans, calculations, and reports.
• Participate in marketing, business development, and new-project pursuits.
• Prepare and manage scopes of work, fee estimates, and change orders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, invoicing, and financial performance.
• Review and approve project timecards.
• Attend meetings with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Maintain strong communication across stakeholders.
