Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development group in Wilmington, NC. The role supports multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and public land development projects, coordinating with a team of engineers to deliver on client visions.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of civil engineering experience in residential land development, strong project accounting, and proven leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) preferred in states where Timmons Group operates.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in residential land development.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, scheduling, and budgeting across multiple projects.
• Experience in marketing and supervising technical staff.
• Working knowledge of required software and office tools.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor with clients and staff.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to help others meet deadlines and maintain relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
