Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive land development projects from entitlement through construction readiness.

You will oversee multi-phase initiatives, coordinate with municipalities and consultants, and mentor a team to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and regulatory expertise, with field oversight and travel as needed in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, real estate development or related field (or 9–11 years equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land development/project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with municipalities and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple land development projects from entitlement to construction readiness.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality across multi-phase initiatives.
• Coordinate with municipalities, consultants, and contractors.
• Mentor project managers and support staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
