Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB) in Vermont is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to guide diverse projects from early planning through delivery in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and budgets, develop construction plans and specs, mentor teammates, and apply sustainable solutions for communities and infrastructure. A BS in Civil Engineering, PE licensure, and 8–11+ years’ experience on complex projects are required; AutoCAD

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering or related degree.
• 8–11+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects.
• PE licensure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD; GIS experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of VT land entitlement and permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting workload and staffing, while collaborating with clients and teammates.
• Oversee development of client relationships, including meetings, proposals, budgets, and feedback.
• Prepare agreements and manage construction plans, bid documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Analyze technical challenges and develop innovative approaches.
• Promote career development and mentoring within the team.
