The role requires strong engineering judgment, excellent communication with clients, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within first year.
• 7+ years of land development project experience across all phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of a project, including design, testing, and data analysis.
• Review plans and proposals, update as needed.
• Provide status reports on timeline and budget.
