EverHire in Knoxville seeks a Land Development Senior Project Manager to own civil/site development projects from proposal to close-out. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with permitting agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in land development is essential with a track record in civil site projects.
• PE license is required; BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong client relationships, leadership and commercial awareness are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/land development projects from proposal through construction close out.
• Own scope, budget, schedule and client relationships for multiple projects.
• Review design output for grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control; mentor junior staff.
