Job summary
Realign Llc is seeking an experienced Network LAN Engineer in Liberty, NC to design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN infrastructure. The role requires hands-on Cisco networking expertise and strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex production issues.
You will design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, and routing while collaborating with security, systems, and applications teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Requires hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
- Proficient with Cisco switches/routers and Catalyst devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Experience with network monitoring and incident response.
- Familiarity with change management and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure Cisco switches and routers.
- Manage VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and inter-VLAN routing.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, and ICMP issues.
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents.
- Support upgrades, migrations, and expansion.
- Maintain network diagrams, configs, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with infra, security, systems, and app teams.
- Contribute to network automation and change management.
