Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated LabVIEW development across full lifecycle.
• Advanced mastery of NI hardware platforms and LabVIEW Core/Real-Time/FPGA modules.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns for test and measurement.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Familiarity with TestStand, DIAdem, and Vision Processing modules.
• Healthcare/medical device exposure (FDA IEC 62304 or ISO 13485) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable LabVIEW-based frameworks for automated test, measurement, and automation systems.
• Lead engineering initiatives by defining software architectures, patterns, and mentoring teams.
• Develop deterministic LabVIEW Real-Time and FPGA systems interfacing with high-speed hardware.
• Integrate hardware with NI DAQ/CompactDAQ for low latency and high throughput.
• Oversee code quality with rigorous reviews and version-control workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware-software systems and low-level communications.
