Job summary

United Pharma seeks an experienced LabVantage LIMS Specialist / Lab Systems Administrator to support laboratory system administration, master data management, implementation, and data integrity activities within a regulated Pharma/Biotech laboratory environment.

You will configure, maintain, and administer LabVantage LIMS, manage master data, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, and collaborate with QC, QA, IT, and Validation teams to drive data quality and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience with LabVantage LIMS or similar laboratory information management systems.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS administration and master data management.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and QC processes.
• Experience with data migration, cleansing, validation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP, data integrity, and regulated laboratory environments.
• Experience with LIMS testing, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer LabVantage LIMS.
• Manage LIMS master data including specifications, sampling plans, parameter lists, test methods, templates, and consumables.
• Support master data creation, migration, validation, and maintenance.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Support LIMS implementation, configuration, testing, and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain site-level SOPs, work instructions, and system documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Laboratory, QC, QA, IT, and Validation teams.
• Ensure LIMS activities comply with GMP, GxP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Support system changes, upgrades, and continuous improvement activities.
