Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Biology, Chemistry or a related field (or equivalent practical lab experience).
• 1-3 years hands-on experience with lab procedures, testing equipment, data analysis, and hazardous material/safety practices.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, problem-solving ability, and physical stamina/dexterity for routine lab tasks.
• Excellent communication, strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab tests, experiments, and quality control checks following established safety and regulatory protocols.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments, material and tools.
• Collect, process, and analyze data while maintaining thorough, accurate lab records and documentation.
• Support engineers, develop lab methods, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness, stock materials, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
