Responsibilities

• Assist in orientation and training of new and existing employees.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; notify manager when repairs are needed.
• Monitor and order supplies; manage inventory via the Matkon system.
• Review and verify physician orders; ensure accurate lab documentation and billing.
• Support new projects, develop procedures, and participate in quality initiatives.
• Local travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
