Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company seeks a Senior Labor Relations Specialist to provide strategic support for union-represented workforces. You will handle daily labor administration, grievance processing through LIC, and assist negotiators during system-wide agreements.

Strong research, data analysis, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate with union counterparts and leaders across PG&E’s service territory.

Responsibilities

Grievance resolution: consult at first step with stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage LIC (2nd step) including researching grievances.
Negotiate LIC settlements and write Local Investigating Report.
Lead LIC meetings and prepare outcome documentation.
Participate in Fact Finding when grievances are not settled at LIC.
Research and respond to grievances, including complex or sensitive cases.
Track grievance activities and contract administration issues.
Identify and implement grievance process improvements.
