Job summary

9999 Suzano Packaging LLC is seeking a Union Manager for their Pine Bluff paperboard mill. You will lead labor relations, serve as the primary point of contact with union representatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws while building constructive relations.

The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of labor relations experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This role entails evaluating and implementing strategic labor relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of progressive labor relations experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or large-scale organizational change.
• Deep working knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Availability to work fully on-site at the Pine Bluff mill.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with USW representatives.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration.
• Manage grievance process and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Advise plant leadership on labor relations issues.
