Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor law under NLRA and related statutes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert legal counsel to a Board Member, reporting through Deputy Chief Counsel or directly to Chief Counsel/Board Member on special assignments.
• Provide authoritative guidance and recommendations on administrative and legal issues based on labor law and regulations.
• Supervise or lead a team of professional attorneys.
• Work on labor relations cases and NLRA-related matters.
