• Admitted to practice in Texas; 8–15 years of employment law experience.
• Prior employment litigation experience is required (preferably on the management side).
• Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings; draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions; manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong client communication and coordinate with governmental agencies and opposing counsel.
