The ideal candidate will handle restrictive covenant litigation, provide strategic guidance on workforce issues, and support internal investigations. Pennsylvania bar admission is required, and a JD from an accredited school is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation or related commercial litigation.
• Experience with restrictive covenant disputes and trade secrets preferred.
• Strong drafting and writing skills, including briefs and motions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, including injunctive relief matters.
• Advise on executive mobility issues, including onboarding and departures.
• Counsel clients on employment compliance and risk management.
• Support employment aspects of M&A transactions, including diligence and integration.
• Assist with internal investigations involving whistleblower or reputational concerns.
