The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience, a JD from an accredited school, and PA/NJ bar admission. You will handle complex litigation, provide counseling on employment law, and participate in labor negotiations, including Act 111 arbitration, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience in PA or NJ courts or before EEOC/NLRB/state agencies.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and counseling on employment law matters.
• Engage in labor disputes and negotiations, including Act 111 arbitration.
• Handle a challenging caseload with minimal supervision.
