Responsibilities include supporting labor and employment diligence in M&A and private equity, drafting executive employment and restrictive covenants, advising on mobility

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment or corporate transactional practice.
• Experience supporting M&A or private equity transactions preferred.
• Strong drafting experience with employment agreements and restrictive covenants.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support labor and employment diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements and restrictive covenants.
• Advise on executive mobility issues, including non-competition and non-solicitation obligations.
• Support post-transaction workforce integration and executive transitions.
• Partner with senior executives on personnel and governance issues.
• Collaborate with corporate deal teams on employment issues affecting transaction value.
