Qualifications

• J.D. required with 5+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Law firm or corporate legal department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and employment legal advice and counsel to Cardinal Health leadership.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related documents (settlement, severance, employment, retention agreements, training materials).
• Manage investigations, discovery, and liaise with internal groups and outside counsel.
