Formación

• Five years of experience counseling clients in labor and employment matters.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and updating employment-related documents.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel clients on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including investigations, discrimination, wage-and-hour claims, and litigation.
• Draft and revise employment-related documents such as handbooks, agreements, and restrictive covenants.
