Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience counseling public, private, union, or non-union clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Salary range: $120,000 to $155,000. Bar admission in New York State or eligible to waive into NY Bar required; strong writing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience counseling public, private, union, or non-union clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters.
• Experience handling employment compliance, workplace investigations, misconduct and discipline, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims, and employment litigation.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on labor and employment matters.
• Draft, review and update employment-related documents including handbooks, employment agreements, severance agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support employment litigation efforts.
