Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of Labor & Employment experience.
• Experience with employment litigation and counseling.
• Strong drafting experience involving employment agreements and workplace policies.
• Workplace investigation experience preferred.
• Transactional and employment due diligence experience is a plus.
• Traditional labor experience is highly valued.
• Executive compensation experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Responsibilities

• Wage and hour litigation.
• Discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters.
• Non-compete and restrictive covenant disputes.
• Employment and HR counseling.
• Drafting employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and related documents.
• Conducting workplace investigations.
• Developing and delivering employment-related trainings.
• Supporting M&A and other transactions through employment due diligence.
• Advising on workforce-related risks and compliance matters.
