Qualifications

• ADN degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; BLS within 90 days.
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 12 months.
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within 24 months.
• Neonatal Resuscitation within 90 days.
• Crisis Prevention within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Review and document care provided and patient outcomes.
• Prioritize care based on changing assessments and patient needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and hospital departments.
