Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Reference Test Clerk for our team in Raritan, NJ. The role involves acting as a liaison between reference testing labs, clients, and patients, and handling requests via calls, chat, and email.

You will work across multiple databases, transcribe reports, and ensure accurate test documentation. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least 3 months of specimen processing or medical/lab experience, with the ability to handle biological specimens and work in a

• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
• Provide customer education and information as needed.
• Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Transcribe reports from reference labs into Labcorp systems.
• Utilize various logistics providers to ship to multiple locations around the country.
• Prepare & triage specimens for analysis.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Prepare and store excess specimen samples.

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Reference Test Clerk to join our team in Raritan, NJ.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday and alternating Saturdays, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Act a liaison between the reference testing labs, clients, and patients

Minimum Qualifications

• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Pay Range

$18.25-$22/hr.

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
