Solventum is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician to support laboratory scientists in testing dental materials at our Eagan, Minnesota site. This onsite role focuses on learning analytical techniques, collecting data, and collaborating across teams to drive new product development.

You will troubleshoot equipment, run test methods, and help evaluate materials, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a laboratory support role.
• High School Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in testing dental materials.
• Learn analytical techniques, collect observations, results, and discuss interpretations.
• Troubleshoot equipment, run test methods, evaluate materials and address lab challenges.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams on projects.
