Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician to support senior scientists in performing and analyzing tests for dental materials at our Eagan, MN facility.

You will learn analytical techniques, collect observations, and discuss interpretations while collaborating with the lab team to fix equipment and run test methods. This role offers hands-on experience in developing new products in a regulated, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a laboratory support role.
• High school degree or higher.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in performing and analyzing laboratory tests and experiments for dental materials.
• Learn analytical techniques, collect and analyze observations, results, and discuss interpretations and design.
• Problem-solve to fix equipment, run test methods, evaluate materials, and address other lab-related challenges.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams.
• Gain experience related to the development of new products.
