Qualifications

• 1 year of higher education may substitute for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Preferences include collaboration across scientific, engineering, clinical, and business areas.
• Experience with medical imaging and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects throughout the lifecycle with planning, documentation, performance tracking, and issue communication.
• Plan, coordinate and perform experiments and implement new methods, technologies, and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities with faculty, staff, students, clinicians, engineers, and external collaborators.
• Manage laboratory equipment, QC, maintenance, software updates, service, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and improve SOPs and workflows to support efficiency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Ensure operations comply with institutional, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Assist with regulatory approvals, submissions, amendments, reports, and related documentation.
• Support inspections and audits and assist with regulatory documentation and corrective actions.
• Assist with inventory, supply ordering, facilities coordination, and scheduling of equipment and resources.
• Coordinate activities relying on external facilities or resources.
• Participate in training and supervising students and junior staff.
• Contribute to grant applications, proposals, protocols, progress reports, publications, and presentations.
• Participate in meetings and document key decisions, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
