Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile Lab & Research Facility project in New Jersey for a top General Contractor, overseeing all aspects from planning to delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in commercial construction, a track record on $30M-$50M+ projects, and a strong client-facing presence. Design-build experience is highly valued and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in commercial construction; general contractor experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and coordinate with clients, architects and internal teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management for a Lab & Research Facility with 24-36 month duration.
• Oversee schedule management, budgeting, procurement, risk management, and execution.
• Collaborate with field operations and project teams including an Assistant PM, Assistant Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent.
• Oversee cost controls, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Participate in project meetings and executive-level reporting.
