Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in the public and private sectors, with budgets up to $50M. You will oversee all phases from pre-construction to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.

Successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and codes, plus proven budgeting and scheduling capabilities and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
