Job summary

Rockline Industries, Morristown, TN, seeks an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to direct all lab activities across raw materials, in-process, finished products, and development samples. You will lead, coach, and assess staff, ensure cGMP compliance, manage internal/external audits, and collaborate with QA, Operations, Purchasing, and customers on analytical issues and method transfers.

Required: a four-year degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology; MS preferred; 7+ years of lab supervisory

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or Biology required; MS preferred.
Seven+ years of lab supervisory/management experience; regulatory exposure with FDA/other bodies.
Experience in cGMP, QC, regulations, method development/validation, audits, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

Directs all laboratory activities across raw materials, finished products, in-process and development samples.
Leads training, performance assessments and hiring for the lab.
Interacts with QA, Operations, Purchasing and Customers on analytical issues and transfers.
Ensures cGMP-compliant, safe lab operations and supports audits and investigations.
Provides guidance for investigations, deviations, CAPAs and complaints.
