Job summary

Rockline/Iatric is seeking a QC Lab Manager in Morristown, TN to oversee daily lab operations, ensure cGMP compliance, and mentor staff. You will coordinate with QA, Operations, and Purchasing to manage lab activities, equipment maintenance, and method transfers.

Requirements include a 4-year degree in Chemistry/Microbiology/biology (MS preferred) and 7+ years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetics QA testing, with strong regulatory knowledge and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or Biology required; MS preferred.
• 7+ years of lab supervisory/management experience required; pharmaceutical/medical device focus preferred.
• Experience with regulatory bodies (FDA, TGA) and knowledge of cGMP, QC, and CLIA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs all laboratory activities for analyses of materials and products.
• Leads hiring, training, and performance assessments of lab staff.
• Oversees investigations, CAPA, deviations, and complaint handling.
• Ensures SR quality standards, safety, and compliance with cGMP.
