Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
• ASCP MLS/CLS/MT certification required or eligible.
• 4–6 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Healthcare experience within last five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department workflow and supervise staff, including clinical reviews.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain production and quality standards and ensure documentation per policies.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees; participate in training and orientation.
• Investigation of complaints and equipment issues with corrective actions.
• Evaluate staff performance and discuss company policies with team.
