RTX in Woburn, MA is seeking a Senior Analyst Support Engineer and Lab Lead to manage environmental test projects and oversee day-to-day lab operations. The role emphasizes safety, security, compliance and collaboration with engineering teams and leadership to implement process improvements on site.

You will lead lab procedures, coordinate safety programs, and ensure proper handling of sensitive materials and equipment, with travel as needed and the requirement for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering lab environment.
• Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and lab user policies.
• Oversee Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs.
• Coordinate Property & Metrology Management for compliance.
• Conduct cost analyses and manage budgets.
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management.
• Lead audits and assessments.
