RTX is seeking a Section Lead for Engineering Labs to manage a multi-site lab ecosystem and drive EHS compliance, property, and metrology oversight. The role reports to the Department Lead within Test Capabilities and requires coordinating with IPTLs, program managers, and stakeholders across Northeast labs and beyond.

The position is on-site in the U.S. with travel to multiple locations; a university degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience are required, including security clearance readiness.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work.
• Experience leading project teams within a lab environment.
• Experience with OSHA or SD EHS processes.
• Experience with security compliance and government regulations (NISPOM/JAFAN).

Responsabilidades

• Lead 15–20 Lab Leads across multiple labs and locations.
• Ensure Environmental Health and Safety practices are implemented.
• Oversee Property and Metrology management tasks.
• Perform cost analyses and monitor budgets and supplies.
• Conduct engineering lab compliance audits (ELOE).
• Prepare for assessments and lead audits.
• Serve as primary information conduit from upper management to Lab Leads.
• Develop and implement communication plans for the department.
