Job summary

RTX in Tucson seeks Systems Engineer specialists for the SE&TC Effectors Center, focusing on Lab Integration and support of AMRAAM test campaigns. Onsite role requiring a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and ability to obtain interim clearance.

You will work across disciplines to integrate, test, analyze data, and document test activities on high‑stability missile systems. Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 5+ years in test environments, with hardware integration and field testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of test experience.
• Hardware systems integration and platform integration experience.
• Experience with verification and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing according to specs.
• Collect data, analyze data elements, and prepare detailed reports.
• Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; perform fault analysis.
• Create/modify Test Plans and Procedures, Test Readiness Reviews, CTS and TDR packages.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
